Quotation, Confirmation and Billing
The Quote
We will quote a fixed price for airport transfers. For other services we will quote an hourly rate.
Confirmation
We normally communicate through e-mails and SMS texting. After confirming your booking, we will e-mail the quotation based on the information you provided. The quote will be in your local currency or any other currency of your choosing at a guaranteed exchange rate.
Thirty minutes before pick up time you will receive a mobile text message detailing the driver's name, mobile phone number and our international contact number in case you experience a problem. We also monitor flight arrival times in case you arrive early or are delayed.
Billing You
Having completed your journey we will invoice you before deducting the charge from your credit card. Positive feedback is always appreciated. However, if you have had a negative experience no matter how trivial it will get our immediate attention.
